The healthcare providers are TIRED 😴🥴

No, concierge wellness isn’t the cheapest option available.

I completely understand & respect that not everyone has the means to afford non-insurance based care.

BUT… that does NOT mean you should just go out and find the cheapest option available for a medication that you think will help you, because Craig from Supplemets R Us told you so 🤡

Please stay safe out there and ALWAYS consult your LICENSED HEALTHCARE provider before starting any new medications ‼️

“I’m always tingling all over and no one ever knows why”

It’s estrogen 🫡

Well, most likely at least… and I can guarantee that you’ve been told that your tingling is due to almost everything - BUT estrogen 🙄

Perimenopause is like the worst roller coaster of your life. Your estrogen levels shift between highs & lows - constantly.

This affects your nerves by making them more excitable and sending “signals” for a stimulus that isn’t really there.

And if I get ONE more woman in my chair who has been told that she has “sudden onset” anxiety and/or ADHD at 40 (!!!!)
I’m gonna shave 🪒 one eyebrow off from stress 🤨

Now, can this actually be happening and your diagnosis was just completely missed all of your life?

Yes, of course.

But that should *not* be the first go to diagnosis.. ESPECIALLY if a woman could possibly be in perimenopause.

Advocate for yourselves ladies‼️
Demand the lab work.
Ask the questions.
