When microneedling, a few factors that will inhibit best results before and after your appointment:

~Taking NSAIDs or blood thinning supplements within 72 hours
~Drinking alcohol before or after (24 hours)
~Drinking caffeine (24 hours)
~Retin-A or Retinols (7 days before and after)
~waxing or chemical peels (2 weeks)
~working out (within 72 hours post procedure)
