The Summer Solstice is one of the most powerful moments of the year to reset your nervous system and remember the light within, there’s a kind of magic that is palpable.

Every June, the sun reaches its fullest expression — stretching the day to its longest arc across the sky.

In that moment of radiant fullness, something in us naturally wants to open, soften, and realign.

This year, I’ll be returning to the legendary Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California for a very special gathering:

For five days we’ll immerse in the ocean air, the hot springs, the redwoods, and the luminous resonance of the alchemy crystal singing bowls.

During our time together we’ll journey through the 7 energy centers of our bodies with sound, movement, nature, and creative ritual — weaving golden threads into a collective Flower of Life mandala, a living pattern of light created together.

Solstice is a portal of light.

A moment when the body remembers its natural harmony with light.

For most of my life, sound has been my greatest teacher.

Not just music…
but the kind of sound that reorganizes the nervous system, quiets the mind, and opens doorways into deeper states of awareness and meditation.

This is the work I share inside the Embodiment of Sound.

A 12-week immersion into vibration, consciousness, and the practice of listening with the whole body.

Through alchemy crystal singing bowls, breath, voice, and subtle listening practices, we explore how sound becomes a pathway to deeper presence and expanded awareness. How sound becomes a pathway to the divine.

We begin April 30.

February is often the hardest month for many of us.
Short days, reduced sunlight, and lingering winter stress can impact mood, sleep, and the nervous system—especially the heart.

This is why we gather.

From February 9–13, we’ll come together at Esalen Institute to Attune to Love—using sound, resonance, and shared presence to support nervous system regulation, emotional coherence, and genuine connection.

Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls work through vibration and frequency, inviting the body out of survival mode and into states of rest, receptivity, and repair—states where the heart can soften and recalibrate.

The land holds us.
Sound leads the way.
We listen and attune.
Love opens us to our greatest wisdom.

Because no one is meant to get through February alone.

There’s a moment in every Esalen workshop that asks my nervous system to slow down and trust.

By day four, we’ve co-regulated. We’ve listened. We’ve softened.
And then I invite participants to take the mallets into their own hands—
like magic wands, yes—but also as tools of listening, care, and the gentleness of a butterfly.

It’s exciting.
It’s tender.
It’s a powerful moment.

The bowls respond not to force, but to presence.
And in that moment, people feel the magic not around them—but through them.

This is how sound becomes embodied, something you learn to offer with devotion.

Five days at Esalen with 40 souls who traveled from across the country — and as far as Copenhagen — to rest, remember, and recalibrate through sound.

We explored the neuroscience of sound, dove into the alchemy of crystal bowls, worked with mantra and voice, and spent long stretches in the kind of listening that reorganizes you from the inside out.
