It has been a busy seven days! I am back to work full time with Spinal Flow. I have been out of my brace for a week now.

Then my youngest son had senior awards and blew my mind how smart he is, last day of high school, turned 18 and joined adulthood and graduated.

I will get my calendar sorted out soon for group sessions and 1:1 appointments. If you don't find what you are looking for, please message or text me.

Come play Cribbage Monday May 11th and raise money for books for kids with The Big J Show!

We are less than a week away from our Cribbage Tournament @ 105 Brewing (Craft Beer Week)!!! A huge thanks to SKelly's Spinal Flow for sponsoring this event. Because of SKelly’s sponsorship we were able to pay for a drink for every player in the tournament, as well as a cribbage board for first and second place! The winner will also take home 50% of all the entry fees.

This is going to be a super fun way to celebrate Craft Beer Week in Billings!!
