Meet Colton – a standout basketball and baseball player who will be leaving for the U.S. Naval Academy in just two weeks. His dedication, discipline, and work ethic have been inspiring to watch over the years.

We are incredibly grateful to have been part of Colton's journey and to help support him along the way. It's been a privilege to work with someone who consistently shows up, puts in the effort, and leads by example both on and off the field.

Last month a client of ours had an overuse wrist injury where she couldn’t extend her wrist back. As we were out of town other providers tried stretches and ice, manipulating the wrong joint and one even sending unnecessary referrals for x ray and mri. We were able to see her 2 days afterwards on the last day of volleyball competition where our effective and efficient assessment quickly found one key articulation in the wrist not moving. Then one set of mobilization and she was able to execute an amazing game and compete in 2 more tournaments with no complaints!

The North 40 Physical Therapy team is excited to celebrate our Patient Coordinator, Krista, on her high school graduation!

This fall, Krista will be heading to Hastings College, where she will continue her academic journey and compete in flag football. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and can't wait to see what she achieves both in the classroom and on the field.

We're especially excited to hear that Physical Therapy is on her radar as a potential career path! Her passion for helping others and positive attitude make her a natural fit for the profession.
