This is a conversation I have more often than you might think. And it’s truly saddening because many people have surgery hoping to reduce pain, improve function, or improve their quality of life.
Here’s the missing piece: scar tissue mobility. Because without it, scar tissue becomes thick, restricted, and doesn’t move well with the surrounding muscles and fascia.
