We love celebrating the accomplishments of our families here at PACT!

One of our staff members in Chenango recently shared a wonderful success story. Desiree supported a mom who had been living in a motel for over a month and helped her connect with resources that led to stable housing. Through her dedication to keeping appointments and following through with the housing process, the mom was able to move into an apartment and secure rental assistance for six months. In addition, PACT provided a Pack 'n Play to help support her family's needs as they settled into their new home.

We are proud of this family's perseverance and grateful for the staff who help make these successes possible! 🎉🏡💙
