Hydration check..
Have you had enough water today?

With temperatures on the rise, staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your overall health.

Did you know:
• Your body is made up of about 60% water, and nearly every organ depends on it to function properly.
• Even mild dehydration can reduce energy levels, affect concentration, and contribute to headaches.
• Water helps regulate body temperature by allowing your body to cool itself through sweat.
