They are working on the schedule for the new practice/ location next week. We will transfer your appointments to that schedule. We will be calling everyone to adjust appointments and provide refills until the move is complete. Please be patient with us through this. If you move with the practice all your records move with you. You will be a new patient in their system but not a new patient if you move with us. They will also send you registration links in advance.
You will not go without medications, labcorp is still the same at both locations, so labs can still be done before the move even if your appointment falls after the move.

All labs will be here at our current office until the move.

Update!!

We are officially joining Grandview Primary Care in Pelham! This will take place the 1st week of November. Letters will go out to patients and we will update you as we go, with new phone numbers, fax numbers, etc.

Please if you haven't done so, bring a flash drive to get a copy of your medical records.
(I do not trust technology and dont want records lost during the transfer)

In saying this we will be closing our practice for a couple of weeks during the transfer.
Be sure to call for medication refills, questions, etc, before we get to October. We are thinking about closing on October 12th.

New beginnings and the end of an era...scarry, sad and exciting all at the same time.

We will be listing 2 medical exam tables ( $1200 each), a chiropractic table ( $12,500) and a hydrocollator ($900) for sale.
