WE’RE HIRING! | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

OxyMed is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team!

📍 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
💰 Starting Pay:
• $17/hour for applicants with no prior experience. We will train the right person!
• Applicants with relevant DME, healthcare, or customer service experience may start at a higher rate, with starting pay negotiable based on experience.
• Brightree software experience is a plus!

What you’ll do:
• Assist patients with questions and equipment needs
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
• Work with doctors’ offices, hospitals, and insurance companies
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient services
• Maintain accurate patient records and paperwork
• Assist with CPAP, oxygen, and other home medical equipment
• Support daily office operations

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
✔️ Detail-oriented and able to multitask
✔️ A team player with excellent communication skills
