Sometimes you have to start by noticing what happens when people are around you.

They exhale.

They open up.

They laugh.

They tell you things.

They feel safe.

They feel seen.

Pay attention.

Your people may already be telling you what your gift is.

I believe in learning.

Obviously. 😂

I'm a teacher. I take trainings. I study. I practice.

I've also learned that there comes a point where gathering more information can become a really comfortable way to avoid being seen.

Because learning feels safe.

Offering yourself feels different.
.and sometimes the thing we actually need isn't another certification.

It's trust.

Trust in what we know.

Trust in what we've experienced.

Trust in what people have already been reflecting back to us.

That's something I want to explore inside The Remembering Circle.

One of the things I keep coming back to is this...

Sometimes, we spend so much time trying to become better at what we do that we forget to notice what comes naturally already.

Your work isn't only your technique.

It's also your presence.

It's the way people feel when they're around you.

It's what you bring into the room without having to force it.

That's one of the conversations we're having inside The Remembering Circle.

I've been thinking a lot about the people who know they have something to offer...

but are still learning to trust themselves enough to offer it.

The people who have taken the classes.

Done the trainings.

Gathered the tools.
..and still have that little voice asking:

"Who am I to do this?"

So I created The Remembering Circle.

A virtual gathering for emerging healers, sound practitioners, and wellness guides to reconnect with their voice, their gifts, and their way of holding space.

We're going to talk about the things that come naturally to us.

The places where we're still asking for permission.

Visibility.

Receiving.

Holding space.

And what it actually means to trust what we already carry.

This is my first event since having baby Namaste and I'm really excited about it.

Can you trust what comes naturally through you?

This is something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately — I’ve had so much time to reflect on it while gathering feedback from some of my really close friends, mentors and thought leaders in my life.

I ask this question because so many of us have a deep desire or calling to share a gift and while some of us push forward and manifest these desires MANY of us do not.

I’m leaning in so that I can find out what needs to be shifted and hopefully redirect some of you so that you too step into the room like you belong, because you do.

Recently, during a sound experience centered around maternal lineage and strength, I watched someone connect with something deep within herself. It reminded me that sometimes our greatest offering is not something we create—it’s the space we hold.

What’s the difference between having a gift and trusting your gift?

I feel like each person will have a unique answer depending on their unique life experiences and whatnot but as for me personally well..

The difference was $$$.

When I began to trust my gift and share it the world opened up for me in ways that I couldn’t possibly imagine.

I mean let’s be clear, this studio I’m typing this message in was built because hundreds of people believed in my gift enough to support our $20,000 GFM campaign.

Had I sat back and did nothing I wouldn’t be where I am today.. building - growing- grounded.
