Last weekend, our massage therapist Sam attended the Unwind the Mind: Headache Relief continuing education course. The class focused on gentle techniques for headache, sinus, and migraine relief, including intraoral work and identifying areas of tension. Sam spent the weekend learning practical techniques that can be incorporated into massage sessions when appropriate and beneficial for clients experiencing head and facial tension. 💆‍♀️
