Not all tallow is created equal.

Bison tallow isn’t beef tallow. The animal is different. The process is different. The final product is different.

Every jar we make starts with raw bison kidney suet. We hand-clean it, dry render it in small batches, and jar it ourselves from start to finish. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is mass-produced. We don’t purchase bulk tallow from a manufacturer and relabel it.

One of the most overlooked daily exposures?
