I am so proud of this women!!! When she started almost a year ago she couldn’t do hardly anything because of her shoulder! Now she can do almost everything I tell her to do!! Step up, kb swings, db thrusters, lunges, mt climbers just to name a few and even trying out burpees!!! Cindy you are so Amazing keep at you’ve come a long way and you still have more in you!!!
