Wild Sensitivity

Wild Sensitivity Wild Sensitivity stands for the radical possibility that sensitivity is an extraordinary human capacity. Hello, I’m Christina. Message me for more details.

A home for the deep feelers, perceptive misfits and empath mystics who are devoted to the song of their heart becoming the art of their lives. My passion is helping people discover the aliveness of their bodymindspirt and ignite their joy of living. Twenty+ years ago, I was burned out and uncertain what direction I should pursue in life and career, until I enrolled in therapeutic massage therapy s

chool. Through that training, I discovered my own joy of living bodymindspirit connected and it gave me the clear direction that I needed. I realized that all my previous burnout and indecision was based on overthinking everything and not being able to stay present and grounded in my own skin. I’ve since learned that for me to be the calm, creative, contributor that I desire to be, I must cultivate an intimate and daily practice of experiencing myself as more than just a collection of thoughts. If you are experiencing something similar and are ready to regain the joy of your life and say yes to new adventures, deepen your relationships, have robust health and rediscover the aliveness of your body, I am here for you. I’m a trauma-sensitive therapeutic bodyworker, certified Body Thrive coach and expert in habit change, and I can’t wait to help you embrace all that makes you feel alive!! I offer free 20 minute chats to discuss the potential and I won't try to sell you anything! Faithfully,
Christina

WELCOME TO THE HOUSE OF WILD SENSITIVITY

Something I want to say clearly, so you know exactly where you are if you're here.

---

I spent a long time becoming very good at surviving my life.

From the outside it looked fine. From the inside I was somewhere else — present enough to get through, careful enough to stay acceptable, attuned enough to everyone around me that I had almost no attention left for myself.

I wasn't broken. even though at times I believed I was

I was adapted.

And the adaptation was brilliant. It kept me connected. It kept me safe. It kept me in relationship with people and a world that didn't always have room for the full size of what I was carrying.

But there came a moment — not dramatic, not all at once — when I realized something.

I had been trading my aliveness for belonging.

And it was costing me more than I knew.

---

Wild Sensitivity exists because of that realization.

Not because I healed it. Not because I fixed it. Because I started to ask a different question.

Not: *what's wrong with me?*

But: *what wants to be uniquely created through me?*

---

Here is what I believe — and what this whole House is built on:

Your sensitivity is not pathology.

It is your soul's interface with Life.

The extraordinary perception you were born with — the one that reads every room before you enter it, that feels what others haven't said yet, that senses beauty and grief and wrongness and rightness before they have names — that was never the problem.

It was an instrument looking for the right conditions to be played.

---

What I've learned after 25 years of working with the body, the nervous system, the Five Spirits of Daoist medicine, and my own very long, very wily navigation of a sensitive life:

Regulation is a threshold. Not the destination.

Regulation gives you ground. Tuning gives you range.

We do not tune the instrument to make it quieter. We tune it so it can carry more.

---

So if you're here because you're tired of being told your sensitivity is a problem to manage —

If you've done the inner work and you can feel there is still more of you that hasn't fully arrived yet —

If some part of you keeps whispering *there has to be more than this* —

You're in the right place.

---

Wild Sensitivity is not a place to perfect the person you have been.

It is an initiation into becoming capable of the Life that can only be lived through you.

---

The House is open.

Here is where we begin: *The Subtle Art of Feeling Yourself* — a free audio practice that will return your attention to the place where feeling has been happening all along.

Come in.

Three things to know about this space:

We don't heal here. We alchemize.

We don't manage sensitivity. We cultivate it.

We don't wait to feel ready. We follow the signal.

---

If this landed — share it with the woman who needs it. She knows who she is.

Welcome to the House.

ONE ACT OF ALIVENESS
Wild Sensitivity is not about becoming better at managing yourself.

It is about becoming more available to Life.

So this is the practice:

Do one thing today that makes you feel more here. More awake. More yourself.

It does not have to look courageous from the outside.

It only has to contain a little more Life.

Follow the strange little impulse that makes your heart beat differently.

This is not a challenge in self-improvement.

It is a practice in self-contact, self-trust, and participation.

One act at a time, we become less organized around habit, fear, acceptability, and the lives we think we are supposed to live.

And more responsive to what is actually alive.

So when you come into this space, this is the question I want us to keep asking:

Where’s the Life today?

Then choose one thing.

One Act of Aliveness.

Share yours here if you want. Let us witness it. Let it give someone else permission to follow their own signal.

One act. One person. One life becoming more alive. It does not have to be dramatic.

here are some examples:

• Wear the sexy dress when part of you wants to make yourself less noticeable.
• Send the text that makes your palms sweat.
• Ask the person you’re attracted to a direct question instead of waiting for certainty.
• Go to the event alone.
• Introduce yourself to the person you actually want to meet.
• Dance closer to the front instead of disappearing into the back.
• Post the video before you have perfected what you want to say.
• Publish the piece while there are still sentences you could endlessly tweak.
• Say what you actually think on camera instead of making it more palatable.
• Ask for the sale.
• Ask for help.
• Let someone else do something for you instead of proving you can handle everything yourself.
• Tell someone no without building a courtroom case for why.
• Change your mind publicly.
• Cancel something because the true answer has become no.
• Say yes to the spontaneous invitation when your habit is to stay home.
• Book the trip before you know exactly how the entire experience will unfold.
• Take yourself somewhere beautiful simply because you want to go.
• Swim in the ocean/lake when your body says yes and your mind is manufacturing twelve reasons not to.
• Let yourself be photographed when you feel radiant instead of waiting until you believe you look perfect.
• Flirt.
• Compliment the stranger.
• Tell the friend, “I miss you. I want more of you in my life.”
• Tell someone you love them first.
• Receive the compliment without diminishing yourself.
• Wear something more revealing, dramatic, unusual, or beautiful than the version of you who tries not to attract attention would choose.
• Walk into the room with your shoulders open rather than unconsciously making yourself smaller.
• Let yourself take up the good seat.
• Ask the question everyone else is avoiding.
• Admit, “I don’t know.”
• Admit, “I want that.”
• Admit, “That hurt.”
• Admit, “This matters to me.”
• Admit, “I changed.”
• Admit, “I’m proud of this.”
• Stop pretending you are less ambitious than you are.
• Tell the truth about wanting money, freedom, adventure, intimacy, beauty, pleasure, influence, or a bigger life.
• Make the thing that seems a little too weird to explain.
• Follow the creative idea before determining whether it is monetizable.
• Host the dinner.
• Invite people into your home.
• Start the gathering you wish existed.
• Ask a woman you admire to coffee.
• Leave the phone behind and go into the woods long enough to hear yourself again.
• Take the risk of being bored rather than automatically reaching for stimulation.
• Say nothing when your reflex is to fill the silence.
• Pause before saying yes because someone wants something from you.
• Do the thing your body has been asking for even though it isn’t productive.
• Choose pleasure before you have “earned” it.
• Take yourself dancing.
• Go see the music.
• Let yourself be visibly enthusiastic.
• Laugh too loudly.
• Cry without apologizing.
• Ask for what you want in intimacy instead of trying to be easy.
• Allow someone to see that you are interested.
• Let yourself be the beginner.
• Try the activity you might be terrible at.
• Take the physical challenge that makes your heart pound while remaining in real relationship with your body.
• Speak to the camera without a script.
• Say the sentence you almost delete.
• Put your name on the work.

Consistency is overrated when what you are consistently doing is abandoning yourself.

THE WILD SENSITIVITY INVITATION

I am not here to help you become someone else.

I am here to help you remember the one who has been beneath the adaptations all along.

If you have spent your life perceiving everyone else…
reading rooms…
anticipating needs…
living from exquisite sensitivity organized around survival…

I am here.

If you long to trust your own body more than the noise around you…
to know what is yours…
to feel your own desire…
to let beauty become guidance…
to discover that your sensitivity was never the problem…

I am here.

If you want to reclaim the extraordinary instrument you were born with…

not by fixing yourself,

but by remembering how Nature designed you…

I am here.

I believe your body already knows.

I believe your sensitivity is not a flaw but a faculty.

I believe your nervous system is capable of far more than protection.

I believe there is a wild intelligence inside you waiting to become your way of life.

I am here to help you cultivate the conditions where that intelligence can emerge.

Not through force.

Not through performance.

Not through endless healing.

But through relationship.

With your body.

With the Five Spirits.

With Nature.

With Life itself.

I want women who have spent decades adapting to discover something almost impossible to imagine:

that life feels different when your perception finally belongs to you.

Because when your sensitivity is no longer organized around survival…

it becomes creativity.

It becomes beauty.

It becomes love.

It becomes leadership.

It becomes your unique contribution to the living world.

Come home to your own nature.

Life has been waiting.

I jusr dropped a new SubStack article:

The Ecology of Becoming
For years I believed healing was a destination.

I believed that if I meditated enough...

If I understood my childhood enough...

If I healed my trauma enough...

If I drank enough water, took the right supplements, nourished my microbiome, practiced impeccable communication and devoted myself to enough inner work...

I would eventually … arrive.

There would come a day when I no longer struggled to feel at home in my own skin ...

Wild Sensitivity is an invitation into the ecology of becoming - a way of living that honors the seasons of the soul, clarifies the elements we’ve been entrusted with, and remembers that we are participants in Life, not separate from it.

Stay Wild my friends ❤️‍🔥

To be fully human is to be wild.

Wild is the strange pull and whispering wisdom.
It's the gentle nudge and the forceful ache.

It is your truth, passed down from the ancients, and the very stream of life in your blood.

Wild is the soul where passion and creativity reside, and the quickening of your heart.

Wild is what is real, and wild is your home.
