I invested 10K in my first biz coach, when I had a three-year-old, six-month-old, and I was still working with a full roster of in-person clients.โฃ

She explained that she knew a lot about nutrition, what to eat, what not to eat, but still struggled to reach her goals. โฃ

I loved that she brought these concerns up, and it's such an excellent topic to discuss, so I wanted to share this here because you may feel this way too. โฃ

Many of my clients are highly educated professionals and know how to eat healthily, but they still struggle with putting all the pieces together to be successful.โฃ

I can speak on this personally because I was fully educated on nutrition, exercise, hormones, and metabolism and still struggled with crash dieting. โฃ

There are two kinds of people out there:

I was an Ikea person for a long time. Cute colors, modern designs, all good things!

Only problem with the Ikea stuff is it takes foreverrrrr to assemble (and thereโ€™s always too many or too few screws left at the end), and it really doesnโ€™t hold up all that longโ€ฆespecially if youโ€™ve got kids!

I love Ikea. But Iโ€™ve gotten to a point in my life where I like things to be timeless, classic, and sturdy.

Oh, and delivered, set up, and positioned just right too!

I like to invest in my furniture because I want it to stand the test of time. I want it to be sturdy and secure for the long haul.

I donโ€™t want to have to keep buying bedframes for my active girls because theyโ€™re jumping on a shoddy foundation.

I want something that fits my aesthetic, fits our lifestyle, and wonโ€™t fall apart with one little bounce.
