80% of the patients we serve lost their leg because of diabetes.

That’s why education matters just as much as the prosthetic leg itself. Today, we handed out diabetes education pamphlets designed to help patients and families better understand how to care for their health and protect the limb they still have.

For many, losing one leg becomes the wake-up call they never received before. But with the right information, support, and prevention, another amputation can often be avoided.

A prosthetic leg gives someone the chance to walk again. Education gives them the chance to keep walking. ❤️

She stood on her own today.

After losing both legs, this moment once felt impossible. But today, she rose. Two new prosthetic legs, one powerful step forward, and a whole new chapter beginning.

Going back home with something stronger than anything physical: belief. Belief that walking again is possible.

The journey isn’t over — physical therapy, rebuilding strength, learning every movement again… it takes time. But standing is half the battle, and she just won it.
