Hi! It’s Liz Riggins
I am no longer associated with the business or anything currently operating at my former location at 128 Highway Ave. in Blackshear.

This is not how I wanted this chapter to end, but I’m going to pick up the pieces, move forward, and trust that better things are ahead. ❤️

Hey everyone, this is Liz. I wanted to let everyone know that I am no longer located at 128 Hwy Ave. I am no longer affiliated with this location or with anyone currently operating or working there. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, and I truly appreciate your understanding as I move forward into a new chapter. ❤️

there will be a time when your
life falls apart in ways that make you feel like
you've never been so lost… but it's important
that you keep going…

because there is a version of you
waiting on the other side of that journey
who knows that all of the falling apart and
burning down were clearing the way
for so much blooming.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. 🇺🇸

It’s a time to remember the men and women who gave everything for this country, for freedom, and for the people they loved. Their sacrifice is the reason we get to enjoy moments with family, peace, laughter, and the simple freedoms we often take for granted.

Today, we honor and remember them. ❤️

And as life keeps moving forward, don’t forget to take care of yourself too.

If your body is feeling stressed, tight, exhausted, or simply needs a reset, Southern Sole Massage & Spa has appointments available this week for massage therapy.

Come relax, recharge, and breathe a little easier.
