We’re Bringing Order Fulfillment In-House

We want to share some exciting news. We have been listening to your feedback and with that in mind, we've decided the best move for you and for Revel Nail is to bring fulfillment back into our warehouse. This means our amazing staff will be handling the picking, packing, and shipping of every order to ensure your product is packed as safely as possible for transit.

Over the next 4 weeks, we will be transitioning our order fulfillment operation from the current third party warehouse in PA to our Revel Nail HQ in NJ. During this time, you may notice slightly longer order processing times and some products may show limited availability while we set up the new operation and move our stock between warehouses. This short-term adjustment is setting us up for a much better long-term experience for you. We'll also be evaluating carriers to make sure packages are delivered in a timely manner and in good condition once they leave our facility.

We are confident once this change is complete, you can expect:
More careful, hands on packing
Better quality control on every order
A team that truly cares about how your products arrive
