Etsy folk…. Anyone else have a customer open a case against you? I have an item that I have listed as no returns. She purchased three of them and then said she wanted a refund because she didn’t like them. And she put in a claim through Etsy to get a refund and claims that these were used. Obviously just trying to take advantage of the system.
Just curious as to how anybody else handles this?
