Before we settle into sound, guests will have the opportunity to learn about C*D wellness from Marcy, co-owner of Your C*D Store, Hamburg, and sample select C*D products designed to support relaxation, recovery, and nervous system balance.
Instead of rushing straight into plans, obligations, noise, or another stressful happy hour, give your nervous system a chance to exhale first.
Through crystal singing bowls, calming frequencies, and guided relaxation, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reset your energy in a cozy, supportive atmosphere.
