We love being tethered to our downtown Blissfield community for one night a week and we’re always so thankful and grateful for Denise and Linds & Ben for having us.

My family! I’ll post a before photo of us all in the comments! We are so thankful for all the years you’ve been practicing with us - we practice yoga and movement. We practice being still and breathing. We practice patience and grace and we practice showing up again and again even when we don’t always want to.
I am so excited to see you on your mat this week!
7:30pm THURSDAYS we move together above Four Keys Brewing/Starling Lounge
