I started something new.
It’s a space where I’m writing more honestly about things I see every day in my work and in life… the in-between moments, the patterns we don’t always notice, and the things we feel but don’t always have words for.
If you’ve ever left a session thinking,
“wow… I didn’t even realize I needed that,”
this is a bit like that… just in written form.
It’s not perfect or overly polished.
It’s real, thoughtful, sometimes a little funny, and sometimes the kind of thing that might shift how you see yourself in a small but meaningful way.
If you’re one of my clients, I think you’ll recognize yourself in some of it… and maybe understand a little more of what your body (and mind) has been trying to tell you.
