I can't promise rainbows during every session...
But I can promise a space where you don't have to hold everything together.
A place to pause.
To breathe.
To soften.
My hope is that, whether through massage, reflexology, or sound, this becomes a place where wonder and ease can find you again.

I made it to Lake Superior in a couple of hours.

My nervous system didn't arrive until two days later.

It reminded me that just because our bodies arrive somewhere peaceful doesn't mean our nervous systems have caught up.

This is why I'm so passionate about massage, reflexology, sound baths and nervous system care. Sometimes what we're really seeking isn't relaxation... it's the feeling of finally being safe enough to exhale.

And it's exactly what's inspiring an upcoming collaboration with two incredible women.
