Why would someone need a tummy tuck AND a back lift after losing weight?

Because massive weight loss doesn't just leave excess skin on the stomach.

For this patient, loose skin extended around the torso, so treating only the front would have addressed only part of the concern. Combining a tummy tuck with a back lift allowed us to improve the contour from both directions.
