Everyone loves the number, so yes: 3.3 pounds of tissue was removed during her tummy tuck.

Now forget the number and look at the result. ⬇️

This patient had already done the weight-loss part. My job was to address the excess skin that remained and create a better abdominal contour.

An implant can add volume, but it can’t always put the breast where we want it. That’s why, for this patient, I did both an augmentation AND a lift. More fullness was part of the goal, but putting in a larger implant wouldn’t have addressed the breast position and loose skin.
