Ryan is a collegiate athlete who is taking is Rugby to the next level.

Marilyn couldn't even bring her arm up to chest height when she first started, 1 month in and that limitation is a thing of the past.

Frequency IS important. I wouldn't recommend you only go to the gym once a week. Although if that's the only option then okay let's start there!

More importantly you have to connect with the doctor. There has to be trust and respect and commonality. When those align, the results are so much better and broader.
