If you're looking for something to do after Thanksgiving, I've got just the thing for you!!!! Turkey Burn Yoga will get you moving and stretching your bodies after a day of feasting. The best part about all of this is that you don't even have to leave your home. Class will be held on Zoom! No experience is necessary. 🧘🏾‍♀️🧘‍♂️🧘🏽‍♂️

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!! This month's Yoga For Martial Artists Workshop will be held on the 24th instead of on the last Tuesday (October 31st) of the month.

Although this workshop is geared towards helping martial artists increase their strength, balance, and flexibility, you don't have to be a martial artist to reap the benefits of this workshop. Movers of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities are welcome.

🔵 Where: Al Bender's Kung Fu Academy

🔵 How much? $25 to drop in,
$20 for Al Bender's Kung Fu Academy students and yoga students who pay monthly.
