This is the most bittersweet post I’ve ever had to make, but it’s time I share an update with everyone.
August will be my last month working at the salon here in Bloomington. I have experienced just about every emotion about this transition, but I am trusting that this plan is what is best for our family as we enter into a new chapter.
In the upcoming weeks my family is going to be moving to Alabama, and in this transition we have decided it’s going to be best for me to stay home with our kids for a while. All I can do right now is just thank each and every one of you for making this career a dream job.
To all my clients who have followed me through new salons, adjusted to new schedules, trusted me to try new services… you have no idea how important you are to me. I’m beyond blessed to have clientele that’s turned into another family.
Closing this chapter after over 7 years… it’s hard. But honestly, how blessed am I to be so upset about leaving? Because it is just showing how good it’s been here… because of you… so thank you.
As for my books, they are still open! I will continue to take appointments up until the end of this month. Whether you book one last service or just stop in to say hi.
I’d love to see you before this chapter comes to an end.
