🌿 Feel It Friday
Most people don’t realize how stressed, overwhelmed, or exhausted their body has become…
Until it finally relaxes.
Sometimes the tears come unexpectedly.
Sometimes the body feels heavier before it feels lighter.
Sometimes rest feels uncomfortable because we’ve spent so long surviving in “go mode.”
But healing isn’t about ignoring what you feel.
✨ Feeling it is processing it.
✨ Processing it is part of healing.
✨ And healing requires accountability, intention, and support.
Your nervous system deserves moments where it can finally exhale.
Whether that looks like:
