🌞🚐 Summer Adventures Are in Full Swing at Hearthstone! 🍦🎉

Last week, some of our residents and team set off for an unforgettable day at the Children's Museum in Indianapolis. From exploring interactive exhibits and sharing lots of laughs to making new memories together, the day was filled with fun, adventure, and smiles around every corner. 😊

Of course, no summer outing is complete without a sweet treat! 🍦 The group wrapped up their exciting day with a stop at our local Jiffy Treat, where everyone enjoyed some well-deserved ice cream.

We love creating opportunities for our residents to stay active, engaged, and connected to the community while making memories that last a lifetime. ❤️

We could never thank you enough for the passion, compassion, and dedication you pour into our campus day in and day out. Your hard work helps make our community not only the best place for our residents to live, but also a fun and supportive place to work.

🔥🚒 We had a fire-tastic time with the Ellettsville Fire Department! 🚒🔥

From learning how to properly use a fire extinguisher to actually putting out a controlled fire (yes, we felt pretty heroic 😎), this hands-on training was anything but boring!

Huge thanks to the Ellettsville Fire Department for sharing their knowledge, keeping us safe, and making it such a fun experience. We’re officially more prepared… and maybe just a little cooler under pressure

We had the most wonderful Spring Formal here at Hearthstone, and it was truly an evening filled with elegance, joy, and special moments! 💖

Our community was transformed with beautiful décor, creating the perfect setting for a magical night. Residents enjoyed a delicious, thoughtfully prepared dinner 🍽️ followed by soothing music that set the tone for a relaxing and memorable evening. 🎶

From laughter shared around the tables to smiles all around, it was a night that reminded us how meaningful these moments are for our residents, families, and team.

We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this evening so special. 💐

One of our residents, Woody has been busy getting his tomato garden ready with his son, Bud—and it’s safe to say this is one of his favorite pastimes! 💚 There’s nothing quite like planting tomatoes, sharing stories, and enjoying time together outdoors.

Fun fact: years ago, he even wrote a song called “Tomatoes and Beer”! 🍅🎶🍺 He’s already looking forward to watching his tomatoes grow—and enjoying a well-earned beer before we know it!

Moments like these remind us how important it is to keep doing the things we love and sharing them with the people who matter most. 💙

Help us in congratulating Alan for providing excellent customer service to our residents. What truly sets Alan apart is his willingness to go above and beyond—without being asked. During the recent snowstorm, Alan stepped up in a big way by coming in on his day off to clear and salt the paths. His proactive effort helped create a safe environment for everyone, and it’s a perfect example of his commitment not just to his role, but to the entire team.

Alan is also known for his positive attitude and approachable nature. He is always polite, friendly, and ready to help coworkers and guests alike. His professionalism and kindness make a lasting impression on everyone he interacts with. In addition, Alan consistently keeps an eye out for anything that needs attention—even outside of his primary responsibilities.
