This past weekend, our COO, Catherine, and Pennsylvania State Director, Amanda, joined several individuals and their families for a community BBQ filled with great food, laughter, and connection.

Moments like these are a reminder that no matter our role, we're all working toward the same goal: creating meaningful relationships and helping people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism live full, connected lives.

Some partnerships just work! 💚

For years, Tommy and Jeff have worked side by side maintaining our Community Living homes, and watching them in action is something special. Today, they teamed up to clean out a dryer vent, tackling the job together like a well-oiled machine.

What started as a shadowing opportunity has grown into a true partnership. Tommy has developed an impressive set of maintenance skills over the years, and the two are already dreaming bigger, hoping to create a dedicated workshop space where they can keep their tools, projects, and ideas all in one place.

At Delta, meaningful opportunities, shared experiences, and strong relationships help people build confidence, develop skills, and make a lasting impact. We're proud of all that Tommy and Jeff have accomplished together and can't wait to see what's next.
