Mondays: 5:30-6:45 p.m., Mixed Levels Yoga (no class 6/15)
Tues: 8:30-9:45 a.m., Yoga Strength (weights optional)
Tues.: 4:30-5:45 p.m., Very Gentle Yoga for Healing - NEW TIME
Wednesday: 5:30-6:45 p.m., Mixed Levels Yoga
Thursdays: 9-10:15 a.m., Gentle Mixed Levels Yoga
