💕Join Amy Spadafora and Alicia Welch for a deeply nourishing evening of self-care, rest, and renewal.

💕Alicia will guide you through a gentle, floor-based restorative yoga practice designed to slow the nervous system and release tension from both body and mind. Supported by props, you’ll melt into a series of soothing poses, followed by a blissful Yoga Nidra practice that invites profound rest and inner calm.

💕The evening concludes with a 45-minute Sound Bath led by Amy —a magical sound and vibrational journey using sacred bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments to restore balance and harmony throughout your entire being.

A special Thank you to ALL those who have supported me in 2025! From the Full Moon & New Moon practices, Candlelit Yin & Restorative Yoga, Yoga 101 workshop, Reiki Yoga, Yoga in the Park Series, Autumn Series and all the classes at USCB, Riverton Pointe, Hampton Hall, Sun City & Dancing Dogs! As a Yoga teacher my main job is “Sacred Action” - aka- showing up and holding space. It is a privilege and I’m so grateful to be a part of your Yoga journey! 🙏🏼
