Personally, it's our anniversary today.

It's nice to have to actively remember all the things to be grateful for in your partner. At least for me, it's far too easy to become complacent when things are good. And that gets received as being taken for granted.

I'm most grateful to share my life with someone with the same goals as myself. To have that support, motivation, to work as a team to accomplish our ideal life together.

What are you most grateful for in your partner/significant other? Don't tell me, tell them...

Happy Monday!

It's generally accepted that you're more likely to accomplish a difficult goal set for yourself if you have a "why". A very specific reason that will motivate you when the journey becomes difficult and you have thoughts of giving up.

But what makes a good "why"? Is "I want to make more money" good enough to make you do things you don't want to do? "I wanna be healthy" gonna cut it when exercise leaves you too sore to even want to get out of bed?

Probably not....

Your "why" needs to be more deeply rooted. Something emotional. Something that means so much to you, that you'd make every sacrifice to accomplish the goal set out.

Dean Graziosi teaches a tool called "7 Levels Deep". We highly recommend it as a way to get in touch with your true "why". Follow the link below for a PDF version with helpful notes on how to use it. (It's free...)

And if you feel comfortable enough, let us know what you find out about yourself. At least let us know which level first made you cry. ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ

It's a simple but powerful thought...

"You'd do it if it were for someone else. So why won't you do it for yourself?"

A nice article on the dangers of confusing mental health with mental wellbeing.

Mental wellbeing is just one part of our mental health.

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.

We like to think that last part is the most commonly lost. Non-judgmentally. Instead of taking time to judge, yourself or others, take time to understand. โค๏ธโค๏ธ

Mindfulness is not new, but something to be rediscovered.

Do you smudge?

Sometimes used as a form of meditation, smudging focuses on cleansing bad energy and inviting in the good. If you need a good addition to your stress removal toolkit, give this one a try. Highly recommended!
