We are excited to announce Alexander Hillel, MD as a Featured Speaker at FCOM 2026! 🎉

Dr. Hillel is a laryngologist and airway surgeon in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he also serves as Vice Director of Education. His clinical practice and groundbreaking research focus on the treatment and prevention of laryngotracheal stenosis, including leading the first interventional study for idiopathic subglottic stenosis and developing drug-eluting stent technology for airway scar management.

At FCOM 2026, Dr. Hillel will deliver the Laryngology Featured Speaker address on Saturday, November 14, followed by an interactive case-based stroboscopy review session.

Dr. Nathan is the Jack Pou Endowed Professor and Chair of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at LSU Health Shreveport and Director of Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery and Research at the Feist-Weiller Cancer Center. A past President of the American Head and Neck Society, she is a nationally recognized surgeon-scientist whose NCI-funded research on molecular analysis of surgical margins continues to shape the future of head and neck cancer treatment.

🚌 Disney's Sunshine Flyer — affordable shuttle service from MCO directly to the resort
🚗 Rental car — self-parking available at the Grand Floridian
✨ Disney's Magical Express alternatives — check the resort website for current transfer options

Pro tip: once you're at the Grand Floridian, you don't need a car. The monorail, boats, and buses connect you to everything on Disney property.
