Leave the homework, dishes, lunches and busy schedules behind for just one hour.
Come breathe, laugh, connect, relax and experience intentional calm together as a family.
This isn’t just a meditation class. It’s an opportunity for your family to pause together, reconnect, listen to what your bodies are telling you, learn some simple tools for calming the nervous system, and create healthy habits that you can take home with you.
We’ll incorporate breath work, meditation, sound, movement, and moments of stillness, all in a way that is interactive and welcoming for the whole family.
And I know I chose a Tuesday.
After work, school, homework, dinner, packing lunches, showers, and everything else that comes with family life…another commitment at 6 PM might sound like the last thing you want to add to your evening.
But what if, instead, you looked at this hour as something you’re giving back to your family?
Maybe dinner is waiting in the crockpot. Maybe you plan to grab takeout. Maybe you prepare lunches the night before.
Just for this one hour, you don't have to accomplish anything.
You get to breathe.
You get to slow down.
You get to be together.
My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more connected, and recharged; not just individually, but as a family.
There are 12 spots available for this intimate experience.
The cost is $25 for one parent and one child, and $5 for each additional family member.
Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you may need to feel completely comfortable. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and come exactly as you are.
We’ll meet Tuesday, September 22nd, from 6–7 PM, at:
179 S. Main Street, Suite 202
When you arrive, use the door on the left side of the building, walk upstairs, and the suite will be the first door on your right.
I would love to spend this hour with you and your family; to breathe, reconnect, and simply remember what it feels like to slow down together.
Sometimes the greatest gift we can give our families is simply our presence.
I hope you’ll join me. 💗
