Joe Batz Spinelli has about 20 years of experience with tattooing. Mr. Spinelli worked for DC Comics before becoming a tattoo artist working under the legendary Bob Cane (Creator of Batman). While departing from DC Comics Bob Cane himself has giving Joe the rights to draw all products of Batman outside of DC Comics. Joe Spinelli specializes in both New School, Old School and other various forms of tattoo culture. Strong Island Tattoo does not accept walk ins and is exclusively ran by appointment.
