Physician referrals are not required in Idaho so all you need to do is call me directly. Wondering if DuPont Wellness is the right fit? Insurance is not accepted, but HSA's and FSA's are welcomed and encouraged. This places you in control of your care without 3rd party insurance companies dictating what and how much you can or cannot do with PT. People typically experience greater outcomes in half the visits. National average for PT is 12 visits, whereas I average less than 5 in a cash-based model. A detailed invoice will be supplied to you that you may then submit to your own insurance company, which may be applied to your out-of-network benefits depending on your specific insurance rules.
