Regarding our hummingbird friends:

Today i was visited by several hummingbirds 4 times. I love them all so much!! The low hum they make as they do their fly-by hellos...
I get really excited about it!

It's like seeing a dear friend you haven't seen in a while...

My whole heart fills with love and gratitude, joy and excitement!

And guess what...

They feel it...

They might even tell their friends...
Actually, i'm pretty sure they do.

Then, more come...
And more, etc...
Not just hummingbirds...
Other animals too...
Like, all of them.

Here's the truth;
Animals speak energy.
Sure, they have their own languages and sounds but they understand & respond to energy 1st.

So, if you are full of love and joy they feel it.
If a person isn't...well, they feel that too.

This past week, ive been visited by hummingbirds everyday in different locations, random kitties, really funny little squirrels, river otters, ponies, and a blue heron! I am so overjoyed & so grateful for each experience. 🩵

I recently found myself re-reading The Tao Te Ching again. It's a timeless piece and i've probably read it 30-ish times or more...

I've been studying & reflecting daily on it. Wayne dyer spent an entire year reflecting on the ancient text... it was written 2500 years ago, (give or take).

In the Tao Te Ching on water...
Lao Tzu is not just saying be more like water.
He is saying, find and remove the dams you have built up inside against yourself and that will restore you back to your flow.

Rumi says it differently and equally beautiful below...

~"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all barriers within yourself that you have built against it".~Rumi

What can you let go of?
What no longer serves your highest and best?
Remove the dams and let yourself flow...🌊

For years growing up my daughter had really intense & painful growing pains. The kind that made her cry outloud.

Instead of reaching for the medicine cabinet i would work on her energetically, sweeping her legs and charging her with prana & some other holistic goodness...

It has always been 100% effective, providing relief within a few minutes as opposed to waiting 15 or 20 minutes for a pain blocker to take effect.

Here's why:
Pain is congested energy. Wherever energy is congested there will be that degree of pain, discomfort or pressure.

Instead of blocking pain, i move the energy. Dissolve the blockage, releasing & allowing the energy to move how it is designed to.

Fast. Natural. Effective. Healthier alternative to pain blockers. And good quality time.

She doesn't get growing pains anymore.
Yet, in this stage of her life she still asks for help moving energy whenever she needs to relieve pressure or pain.

I was chatting with a client today about intuition and the voice of god vs our human self...

Do you know the difference?

Many folks dont...Not that they couldn't.
Just that they've not had the right tools to practice or a supportive safe environment to do so.

In 2016 i started practicing a new dialogue with god/source/spirit...
I began checking in with spirit about EVERYTHING.

Am i doing this or that?
This way or that way?
Leave it or pursue?
Yes or not for me?
It was amazing! I lived by the guidance of god strictly and got really good at hearing the difference between my human self and source.

What i learned?

The universe is true. ALL THE TIME.
It's not emotional...
(although it does have a sense of humor).

It doesn't make rash decisions.
Instead, it adapts...

I often think of it like bumper bowling...
you are heading in the wrong direction and the universe will often present obstacles or experiences that bounce or lead people back into their lane. It's totally a thing. 🩵

Spirit is patient, (because it's eternal).
It does not get mad.
It's loving and graceful.
Its all knowing.
And... everything it is, you are too.
You are the universe expressing itself again and again and again...

Universal life force runs through every living thing...
connecting us all with every living being.
The same source energy...
prana, chi, life force, spirit, god spark that flows through the universe and nature flows through each of us.

Isnt that so beautiful!?🩵

A constant line of communication and connection with divinity just waiting for an invitation from the human to invite a dialogue...

So, that spirit/ human dialogue is there for us to decifer the human experience vs the eternal spirit of living.

Can you feel the difference?

One is small...the other is big.
One is human. The other is universe.
One is ego. One is source.
One is attachment. The other is infinite love.

Some people hear it, some feel it. Some have a knowing or receive messages in dreams, numbers, songs, even the tv and so much more.

Ask, then listen.
The answer will come.

Such a beautiful workshop in Las Vegas, Nevada this past weekend with a beautiful group of souls.

The magic that happens when everyone shows up for themselves whole heartedly and authentically truly has the power to move mountains.

For me...
I go to continue my expansion,
my work,
my own healing.
To be the best version of myself.

And sometimes I need help to see what the work looks like...
sometimes it hides from us to keep us safe...
To protect us from the unknown.
Sometimes when we are inside the bottle, we cannot read the label.

That's when it's nice to have an amazing team of support in your corner.

It matters.

The support that I've received in my own healing journey throughout my life has held me up through everything life has offered...

From the dark night(s) of the soul...

To every awakening,
teaching,
attunement,
releasing,
healing,
miracle and connection.

An amazing 2 weeks exploring ancient sacred sites in Greece & throughout Italy. So many layers of history and happenings...delicious food, amazing people, the most beautiful basilicas in the world...(i literally wept in about 1/3 of them). Socrates cave, Pompeii, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Verona, Venice, Rome, Naples, Greece... Oh, & i found a human made vortex in the heart of Naples...that was an extra bonus. I am so honored & thankful to have stood in so many sacred places all over the world. Here are a few from this last few weeks. Enjoy!🩵
