One simple way to improve stability is to strengthen the muscles that help control movement during each stride.

✔️ Putting on a jacket
✔️ Reaching behind your back

This simple stretch targets a very common shoulder restriction we treat all the time.

Hold for 30-40 seconds, 2-3 times a day.

Tournament weekends are no joke 😅

Hours in folding chairs + sun + zero movement = why so many parents feel exhausted by Sunday night.

A few simple things can make a huge difference:
💧Hydrate
☀️ Wear sunscreen
🚶‍♂️Move between games
🪑Support your low back
👟Walk during breaks
👊🏻Do a few squats

Your kid may be the athlete… but parents need recovery too 😂
