Dr. Gilman and our team continuously pursue further education to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in the field. Gilman has been practicing Orthodontics in Boise and Mountain Home, Idaho since 1997. He completed his undergraduate studies in Pre-Med Biology at Utah State University in 1991, followed by earning his Dentariae Medicinae Doctoris (DMD) degree from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1995. Dr. Gilman furthered his specialization in Orthodontics by obtaining a Certificate from New York University in 1997. During his time at NYU, he served as chief resident, held a faculty position, and was elected to the admissions board for the Orthodontics program. Dr. Gilman has a notable publication record and has received recognition for his exceptional achievements in the field. Additionally, he served as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville and Idaho State University in 2005. Dr. Gilman maintains active memberships with various local and national dental organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontics, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, Idaho State Orthodontic Society, and the American Dental Association. He has been elected to serve two terms as secretary/treasurer for the Idaho State Orthodontic Society. Gilman Orthodontics upholds a strong reputation and maintains a good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
