Women who are looking to heal deep imbalances, who may be in the throes of motherhood, loss, overwhelm and disconnect. My philosophy in this kind of work and healing is through building a safe and contained relationship, processing emotion and trauma through breathwork, talking goals and pathways, integrating movement, nourishment, self-care, and any other tools she may need to step into her power and be the woman she desires to be inside and out. Happy Winter Solstice! This is my favorite winter poem. It’s t his reminder of why we do what we do year after dying year..bringing in light, evergreens, being with the stillness and darkness. I love this time to go within and reflect, rejoice, renew & replenish. I also love the illustrations by that go along with it.
Tonight the kids & I will bring candles out into the snow, drink cider and share some intentions.
I hope you, too, invite some extra light into your heart and the world. ✨
