Accurate use of modifiers is essential, as the right two-letter code can be the deciding factor between a paid and a denied claim. For Telehealth services reported with POS code 02 or 10, append the GT modifier. Claims submitted to UHC/Optum and Molina require the 95 modifier.

I often get asked what led me to start this business..
My journey began at Osprey Counseling, where I assisted my parents in launching their group practice. This experience, encompassing clinician recruitment and operational management, led to a provider requesting my support with their own practice. Inspired, I founded my own company, which has since expanded to over 10 offices and supports 13 providers. What drives me is the ability to empower clinicians, like my father, who are passionate about client care but require guidance in practice development and management. I thrive on visiting our offices, collaborating with providers, and facilitating their professional growth. This venture allows me to build a sustainable career that aligns with my future goal of balancing professional fulfillment with family life, and I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity.
