Maybe she's just fu***ng happy. 💛

A little moment on my run the other day reminded me that not everything needs to be analyzed, unpacked, or healed.

Sometimes joy is simply joy.💫

And perhaps part of the healing journey is learning to recognize, welcome, and fully experience everything as it is, allowing us to deepn into our most authentic Selves.

And sometimes when we're happy, we can just be fu***ng happy. And isn't that awesome, too?

🦥Pura Vida! Slow down. Enjoy more. 🌺

Last week, I landed back in Costa Rica for a sweet visit with our baby niece, whom we welcomed into the world on the winter solstice. Now full of giggles, smiles, and curiosity, time with her was pure medicine. 💚

And Costa Rica? It's always a little medicine for the soul, too.

There's something about the people, the culture, and the pura vida way of life that invites you to slow down, breathe deeper, and simply BE.

As we approach our FebruaryBack to Nature, Back to Self Costa Rica Retreat, I've been loving connecting with those joining us and bringing together all of the final details. It's going to be something special!💫
