🗣️ Coworker Confessions: Victory Edition

😂 The fun continued this week at Victory EMS & Medical Transportation, and this time we asked our crew this question:

👉 "Which coworker would a kidnapper return?"

🤷‍♀️ Honestly, we expected some consensus but to our surprise that was not the case. Apparently, our team is made up of a whole bunch of lovable characters, and everyone had a different answer!

📅 Busy week, big impact!

🚑 This week, we had the opportunity visit with several of our healthcare partners during their all-staff meetings to educate their care teams about our services and capabilities. Another highlight of the week was attending the monthly Happen Idaho luncheon, where we learned about the latest developments in Medicaid and Medicare plans.

💪Strong partnerships and open communication help us continuously improve, collaborate more effectively, and elevate the care of patients.

💙 Thank you to our healthcare partners for the opportunity to learn, share, and grow together this week. We appreciate all the invitations!

⛰️ This past weekend, four members of the Victory EMS team participated in an Introduction to Rope Rescue training hosted at the Meadows Valley Fire Department in New Meadows, Idaho and led by the Grangeville Mountain Rescue Unit.

🔥 Courses like this help us develop our skills for wildfire deployments and helps our team stay ready to respond when the mission calls.

🚑 At Victory EMS, we believe that growth never stops. Investing in education and advanced rescue skills is all part of our commitment to excellence and our core value of Passion for Learning.

👏 A big thank you to everyone involved in providing this valuable training opportunity and helping first responders continue to expand their skill sets! We especially want to thank Courageous Kids Climbing and Slick Rock Rescue 3.

🍂 🚑 This past Saturday, the Victory EMS team had a fantastic time providing standby medical services at the Meridian Oktoberfest!

🍺🥨 From start to finish, it was great to be part of such a fun community event and help ensure attendees could enjoy the festivities with peace of mind. It was a full day of German-inspired food, local craft b**r, live music, competitions, and family-friendly activities.

💙A huge thank you to the event coordinators for trusting Victory EMS with the care and safety of your guests. We’re honored to support events that bring communities together and appreciate the opportunity to serve alongside such an incredible team.

💦🎯 Recently, our team took a break from the daily hustle for a little friendly competition: hit the bullseye with a water gun. Sounds easy, right? The only catch was that the water gun squirted backwards!

👉 Thanks to our amazing team for having such a great sense of humor.
