A few years ago in Thailand, I became interested in the connection between the nervous system, meditation, sensory experience, and states of mental calm and clarity. That journey eventually led me to explore light and sound frequency technologies like our Loom light.

Recently, I came across emerging research from MIT exploring 40Hz gamma-frequency sensory stimulation and its possible connection to brain health and neural activity. I find it fascinating to watch science begin exploring some of the same areas that sparked my curiosity years ago through meditation and wellness practices in Thailand.

Well, look what arrived today!

Whether it was the Caribbean, Poland, Thailand or Costa Rica, one of the most memorable pieces for me came from the idea of sharing culture. Whether that be food, music, medicine, methods, education and more, these places, these cultures, these people shared and wanted us (me) to share them with others.
This came to mind today as we drove thru the mountains just outside Boise and how I often hear others, locals, say "damn Californians" "damn Texans" when we inevitably must share space with them either hiking, hot springs or camping spots. Its an American thing that we, including myself, hide and hoard things for ourselves. This is not normal in other countries. Rather, we are invited to the sacred places, rituals and family recipes.
It was just a thought.

A lightworker is someone who chooses to bring more compassion, healing, hope, awareness, and kindness into the world.

Not through perfection, but through service, growth, connection, and the desire to help others heal and thrive.

Lightworkers can be healers, teachers, parents, nurses, herbalists, counselors, artists, spiritual guides, or simply people who lead with empathy and intention.

The goal is not to “save” others, but to help create more light in a world that often feels heavy.
