NTPs are trained in nutritional counseling from a holistic, whole food, nutrient dense diet perspective. The fundamental goal of Nutritional Therapy is to encourage people to become knowledgeable aboutβ€”and responsible forβ€”their own health. An NTP helps individuals reach their optimal level of overall health by supporting and bringing balance to the five foundations of digestion, blood sugar regula

tion, fatty acid balance, mineral balance and hydration. By supporting each of these foundations and helping clients adopt a more nutrient-dense diet, the body's chemistry can be brought back into natural balance, setting the stage for optimal health. οΏ½
Nutritional Therapy is not designed, however, to treat any specific disease or medical condition. NTPs are trained to evaluate nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary change and nutritional supplements, not medical diagnoses or prescriptions.

Some details:

This summer I am offering Lift 4 Life, a six week program that covers: Compound barbell lifts, accessory lifts, and core exercises. You will also get a 2 day full body workout program to use on your own. My gym is located on the back of our property in a separate cottage.

This Program is ideal for:
- Beginners to weight lifting/ barbell training
- Those who may need a jumpstart back into strength training
- Those intimidated by commercial gyms
- Those who want to learn the skills to build their own workouts in the future
- Those looking for one on one or two to one training in a judgement free zone

πŸ’ͺ Each of the 6 sessions are 30 minutes, just find a weekly 30 minute time slot that works for you ⏰
