Mega 1 Fitness LLC is blessed to have the best group of gym members and clientele. When I started this gym 10 plus years ago I wasn't sure how it would work and it's because of you that it does. Some of you have been with me from the beginning and many of you have been added along the way but it's because of all of you that this works. I'm very thankful! Hey all, Terri here! As many of you may have noticed I’m not at the gym at my normal time anymore. I changed hours at my other job so I work evening hours there now. I am still offering cupping, red light and ultrasound therapies!! I know it is hard trying to schedule in these extras into your day (and let’s be real, the budget) so here is what I am going to do! I am going to open up Lunch hour (11a, 1130a, and Noon) and 4 appointment slots on Saturday!! Those will go fast! Now that I have addressed the time restrictions let me tell you how we can work with budget! For the first 3 new clients I sign up that purchase a 5pk or 10pk you will receive an extra 5% off!! Who’s in?

Hey all!!! Man I’ve been really missing Zumba.

If I offered a class (1 time a week to start) would anyone be interested??

It would be at Mega 1 Fitness on a Monday or Tuesday most likely, 5 or 5:30pm
$5/ class.

Thanks to the Polk Co Health Dept, Terri was able to renew her certification in CPR, AED and First Aid! We care about our members and our communities well being and this allows us to stay up to date on cpr and first aid!

What if we told you that it’s not too late to start working on your summer body? Come on in, we are running a special for 1/2 off the activation fee for the month of April! Members can add a tanning package for unlimited monthly tanning. Harold and Terri both have some time on their schedules available for personal training as well!
