There are seasons in life when love is measured far more by quiet actions than by beautiful words, and I believe those moments leave the deepest marks on a heart. During the times when I feel the most fragile, exhausted, and unsure of myself, the kindness or absence of it becomes something I never truly forget. Support has a way of turning difficult memories into bearable ones, while neglect can linger long after the hardest days have passed. The way someone chooses to show up when I need them most shapes the trust I carry into every chapter that follows, and that kind of love or hurt stays with me far longer than anyone realizes. 🤍
