Change is coming!!
Dear clients, life and work are crazy busy! About a year ago I started paying to have my Google (personal) calendar merge with Square (business) calendar. It's been great but life seems to get busier and busier, glancing at a screen is not as efficient as I hoped. So back to old fashion paper book it is!

We will no longer be using square to book your appointments. What this means is you will no longer receive reminder appointments from Square. Instead you will be getting a more personalized service from me. On Sundays I will send out a courtesy reminder about your appointment. Please be sure to acknowledge that message so you don't lose your appointment time.

My work hours are and have always been very flexible Monday-Thursday. I DO NOT WORK FRIDAY OR WEEKENDS!! I work 2 nights a week, I am available early mornings. If you message me out side of my work days you may not receive a message back from me until I am back to "work".

Biggest change!!! I have always understood that life happens. 20 years of doing hair I have NEVER charged a late cancelation or no show fee. Starting IMMEDIATELY, any NO SHOW appointment will be charged 50% of the service scheduled for that day, before you are able to rebook.

I have a VERY tight schedule. It is not fair to my book, my clients, or my family if you are running late for your appointment. Contact me if you are running behind. Please also be advised that if you are 10 or more minutes late for you appointment your scheduled services may be altered to accommodate my time.
