🌿 Wellness Wednesday Tip: Try the 10-Minute Rule
When you don't feel like exercising, don't commit to an hour.
Commit to 10 minutes.
✅ Walk around the block
✅ Stretch while watching TV
✅ Do a quick strength workout
✅ Take the stairs instead of the elevator
Most people find that once they start moving, they keep going. And even if you stop after 10 minutes, you've still done more than nothing.
